SGLV 拼音字库（v1.0.0）：6700+ 汉字→拼音首字母查表（覆盖 Steam 中文游戏名 95%+），提供 initialOf/toPinyinAbbr/searchByPinyin 三个 API。供主脚本 @require 引用，零业务依赖，可被任何 SGLV 系列脚本独立引用。设计参考 steam-game-library-viewer 2.9.51 内联查表的拆分版本。
