Liz3 tools for Telegram

To call the tool menu - press Alt + W.

Config:

Set password: Set the password for use to decrypt and encrypt all the formatted messages on a page. The password is being stored in cookies as md5 hash.
Enable liz3: Enable or disable the whole system (not including the alt+w menu), (requires page reload). The way the system works is by replacing the original message text input with a slightly modified one. Who knows what kind of problems may occur because of that... So a special option has been created, which says if the text area should be replaced on a page load or not. This also disables the message decryption, for now.
Liz3 quick mute: quickly enable or disable message encryption, while keeping the base system active.
Liz3 group ignore: Do not encrypt messages if you're sending them to a group.
Liz3 decrypt only: Do not replace the original text input, but still decrypt messages. Liz3 has to be enabled for this option to work. Overrides every other option (quick mute and group ignore).
Dark mode: Enable or disable a bootleg dark mode for Telegram. Works just fine, but still has a few issues.

Tools:

Image flip: Activate the image flip mode. Click an image to flip it on an X axis. Press "Escape" to cancel the operation.
Spammer: Call message spammer dialogue.

The config is being stored in cookies in "0-0-0-0" format.
