SGLV 核心依赖库（v1.0.0）：跨脚本复用的基础设施工具集。包含 NS 命名空间、IndexedDB KV 持久化、负缓存、StageProgress 多阶段进度条、makeThrottledProgress 节流、concurrentPool 智能并发池（429 降并发 + 指数退避）、twoPhaseFetch 两阶段批量抓取、fillPendingSlots 占位、gmFetchJson/gmFetchText GM_xmlhttpRequest 包装。供主脚本 @require 引用，不可单独使用。
