Merges concurrent comments by atlantisvoxel on GitHub pull requests
Comments and plan/apply outputs will be merged when atlantis splits the comment into multiple comments.
This will run on comments who's author's name starts with 'atlantis'
Configure the variable noisyLineRegexes to filter out lines matching those regular expressions in plan/apply outputs.
